A Software Maintenance service is offered for permanent licenses after first year. SMA includes all updates and major product releases.
 
 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE:

Technical support service is available for all TOPKAPI licenses, including TRIAL and EDUCATIONAL licenses.

TRAINING

 

ProGeA conducts first-class training courses in hydrological modeling on demand throughout the year.

The training courses are generally organized at the headquarters of ProGeA or on-line, customized training or on site training can be arranged on request.

All ProGeA instructors have many years of experience in software development of computer programs for scientific modeling and visualization.
